Get your SUMMER OFFER now for the removal of skin tags and fibroma pendulans. The fibroma can be effectively removed using various electrosurgical procedures:
The fibromas can be removed quickly, cleanly, and without bleeding using our internally angled bipolar multifunctional forceps. The yellow bipolar multifunctional forceps is a single-use item that can be sent to our customers in sterile packaging.
BY THE WAY: the blue bipolar multifunctional forceps are reusable and available in two different jaw widths.
The internally angled bipolar multifunction forceps in different models can be used in conjunction with our MD100 electrosurgical unit. The MD100 electrosurgical unit enables bipolar and monopolar cutting and coagulation functions.
Fibromas are removed using a bipolar, inward-angled forceps connected to an electrosurgical unit. After the skin has been thoroughly disinfected, the fibroma is securely grasped with the forceps. Activating the bipolar energy selectively heats the tissue, causing coagulation to occur simultaneously and gently removing the fibroma.
The advantage of the bipolar technique is that the energy is delivered precisely only between the two forceps tips, thereby optimally sparing the surrounding tissue. At the same time, coagulation ensures immediate hemostasis, making the procedure particularly tissue-friendly and significantly reducing the risk of post-operative bleeding.
Once the fibroma has been completely removed, the treated skin area is re-examined and, if necessary, treated with an antiseptic solution. In most cases, the skin heals quickly and leaves hardly any visible traces.
