Micromed’s stainless steel cortical screws offer a reliable solution for stable fixation in cortical bone and have been a tried-and-tested standard in orthopaedics and traumatology for decades. Thanks to their high mechanical strength and excellent resistance to stress, they are particularly suitable for applications where robust and secure anchorage is required.
Manufactured from high-quality medical-grade stainless steel, the screws meet all relevant requirements for biocompatibility, corrosion resistance and long-term stability. The precisely engineered thread geometry enables controlled force transmission and ensures reliable primary stability within the bone. At the same time, the well-thought-out design facilitates simple and efficient intraoperative handling.
